Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. State laws, such as California and Vermont, may provide you with different rights and choices other than federal law. How does Olli protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, data encryption, and secured files and buildings.

How does Olli collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

Apply for insurance or visit our website

Fill out an online form or submit an insurance claim

Pay for your insurance premiums or request a quote

We also collect your personal information from other companies, such as our partners, insurance carriers, and our service providers.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

We do not support joint Olli accounts.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include the Olli family of companies, including Olli Insurance, LLC

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include, for example, service providers such as data processors and direct marketing companies that help us market our own products that we believe may be of interest to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Olli does not jointly market.

Other important information

Vermont residents: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, such as to process your transactions or to maintain your account, or as authorized by you.

California residents: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliates, unless the law permits it. For example, we may share information with your consent or to process your transactions or maintain your account. We will limit sharing among our affiliated companies to the extent required by California law.

Nevada residents: If you are a consumer with a Nevada mailing address, we are providing you this notice under state law. If you prefer not to receive marketing calls from us, you may be placed on our internal Do Not Call List by contacting us by email at support@olli.insure. You may also contact the Nevada Attorney General's office by mail at Bureau of Consumer Protection, Office of the Nevada Attorney General, 555 E. New Mexico residents: We will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by New Mexico law (such as to process your transactions, maintain your account, or service insurance products), unless you have first provided your affirmative written consent to such disclosure.

Residents of AZ, CT, GA, ME, MA, MN, MT, NJ, NC, OH, OR, and VA: To the extent required by applicable state insurance privacy law, we will not disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your affirmative consent, and we will limit disclosures to affiliates as required by the law of your state. You also have the right to access and request correction of personal information we have collected about you in connection with an insurance transaction.
